PhysDeckPro Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Conner Strategic Systems LLC ("we", "us"), the developer of PhysDeckPro, the MCAT physics flashcard app on Google Play (package com.physdeckpro.app). By continuing you agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and confirm you are 16 or older. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who may use PhysDeckPro
This app is for people 16 and older. You need an account, made with your email address and a password, a sign-in link sent to your email, Sign in with Google or Facebook Login. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
2. Free access
Without a plan you can study 84 free cards, drawn from every section. Your first 24 hours are free of ads: the timer begins when you tap Start, never resets, and a device that has had its 24 hours gets no second one. Your 84 free cards stay free after the timer ends, with ads. Every other card, and section downloads, come with full access.

Prices are in US dollars; Google Play shows the price in your currency, with any tax, before you pay. No ads with a plan. Plans are sold and billed by Google Play; RevenueCat, our purchase service, confirms them. Full access opens when Google Play confirms the payment.
- Renewal and canceling. A monthly subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. No minimum term. Cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions (in the app, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Access lasts to the end of the month you paid for. Canceling doesn't refund the current month.
- The early price. Switching to the pass ends your $19.95 monthly price for good. Monthly would then be $29.95. If a purchase at the early price completes after it ended, the purchase is canceled and refunded through Google Play.
- The pass. From 30 days before your pass ends you can buy it again; each purchase adds 12 months. Write to us about a refund for time left on a pass; we decide case by case.
- Payment problems. If a renewal payment fails, Google Play gives you time to update it; if it is not updated, full access is paused until you update your payment in Google Play.
- Refunds. Except as stated here, refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
- Price changes. We may change prices for new purchases. Google Play tells you before a change reaches a subscription you have, and you can cancel before it applies.
4. Ads
Without a plan, after your first 24 hours, the free cards show ads from Google AdMob: banners and, at natural breaks, full-screen ads that may include video. The ads are not personalized and are limited to content suitable for teens. The Privacy Policy explains what Google's ads software collects.
5. The cards and what they are for
PhysDeckPro is a study aid. We work to keep every card correct; if you find a mistake, report the card in the app. GPA and schools are self-reported and unverified. This does not predict your MCAT score or admission.

6. Your license, and what you may not do
The cards, their pictures and text, and the app belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and the cards your access includes, for your own study. You may not copy, share, sell or publish the cards; take apart or change the app; collect content from it by automated means; get around the free timer, the locks or the ads; or use the app to break the law or harm others.
7. What you send us
Card reports and school names you type are yours. You let us use them to correct cards and improve the app.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account/. Deleting your account turns off renewal of your Google Play subscription. There is no refund for the current period. Deleting your account ends your 12-month pass now. Write to support before deleting if you want to ask about the time left. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why by email.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local law does not let us limit.
10. Disputes and governing law
Please write to us first; most problems can be solved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Conner Strategic Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the version and date here, and when a change matters, the app asks you to agree to the new version before you continue.
