Delete your PhysDeckPro account
This page deletes the account you use in the PhysDeckPro app on Google Play, from any browser, without the app.
Steps
- Sign in below with the method you use in the app (Google, your email and password, or a sign-in link sent to your email).
- Read what is deleted and what is kept.
- Choose "Delete my account". Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, scores, favorites, hidden cards, reports, school requests and sign-in. Study data and downloads are wiped from this phone, and your rows in the group statistics are removed at the next nightly update.
Deleting your account turns off renewal of your Google Play subscription. There is no refund for the current period.
Deleting your account ends your 12-month pass now. Write to support before deleting if you want to ask about the time left.
What is kept, and for how long
We keep a few records without your name or email: purchase records for 7 years for tax and fraud checks; consent records for 3 years (for a purchase, until 1 year after the plan ends if later); for 24 months, a record that this device has had its free 24 hours; a deletion record for 42 days. Google removes your sign-in record within 180 days. Backups, server logs, crash reports, app analytics and payment event records are not edited; they expire within 90 days.
