Delete your PhysDeckPro account

You can delete your account and the data that goes with it at any time, from inside the app. Deleting it cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

1. Open PhysDeckPro on your phone and sign in.
2. Open the You tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. If the app asks you to sign in again, do so; it needs a recent sign-in before it deletes anything.

If you no longer have the app

1. Install PhysDeckPro again from Google Play.
2. Sign in with the same account you used before.
3. Follow the steps above.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account.
• Your profile and settings.
• Your favorites, their names and your hidden cards.
• The history of changes to your profile.
• The record of each phone you signed in on.
• Your answers stored online.
• Your study history and downloads stored on the phone.

What is kept

• The record of each consent you gave (which terms you accepted, and when). It is kept after the account is deleted so that we can show what you agreed to.
• The time your 24-hour trial started. It holds no other information about you.
• Whether your first answer to each card was right, and when. It is kept so that each card's first try is counted only once in the figures every user sees. It holds no name or email.
